Forget about The Talk!! That is the first step!

We can’t allow ourselves to narrow down sex education to a one-time event – The Talk – which is full of drama, assuming I'm the only knowing side and my child is the not knowing side, and of course, I never spoke before that time about healthy sexuality with my child and I'm never speaking again about this embarrassing issue. NO WAY!!!

We need to be able to share our life experience of good and bad.

We must overcome our shame and insecurity and be able to laugh about sex and romance.

We have to start giving tools, real hands-on tools, of how to practice critical thinking as they are being bombarded with hyper sexualized culture and images from media on every screen they face.
